Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans (monthly and yearly). Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the initial or any recurring payment for a subscription.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial payment.
  • The account has not used a substantial portion of the allocated notification volume (e.g., up to 20%) during the billing period.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The user has violated our Terms of Service.
  • The request is for a subscription renewal or mid-cycle cancellation (pro-rated refunds are not provided).
  • The refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period.

Trial Period

If a free trial is active, no charges will be made until the trial ends. Refunds are not applicable for accounts on a free trial, as no payment has been processed.

  • Your account details (email used for registration).
  • The reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time unless explicitly requested within the 14-day money-back guarantee period, subject to the conditions outlined in Section 2.

Compliance with EU Consumer Laws

Customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This allows you to withdraw from your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment, provided you meet the conditions outlined above.
